The images on this web page were largely converted from Radiance RGBE format. They may not exhibit the full gamut of visible colors, but some of them span a very wide dynamic range. In particular, the radiance map of the chapel below, captured by Paul Debevec, covers over 6 orders of magnitude.
You may want to set the "load to disk" option since most TIFF readers do not yet handle the new LogLuv photometric type. The thumbnails shown below were tone-mapped using the pcond program described by Larson et al. Your display of the downloaded images may therefore look different.
